What Is Distance Reiki?

Distance Reiki (also known as remote Reiki) is the practice of sending Reiki energy across space and time, allowing healing to occur without physical presence. Energy is not limited by location, making distance Reiki just as effective as in-person sessions. The practitioner intentionally connects with your energy and directs healing where it is most needed, while you relax in your own space.

Being in a familiar, quiet environment helps your nervous system fully soften, making it easier to receive and integrate the healing energy.
